Meet Healthcare Innovation Solutions (HCIS)

The Healthcare Innovation Solutions (HCIS) software and services portfolio enables the data-driven transformation of healthcare service delivery and helps providers and payers improve their bottom line and move from fee-for-service to value-based healthcare.

We employ next-generation technology and a staff of professionals trained in innovation, quality management and transformation to create innovative solutions for healthcare providers. We're trusted by CMS to build products that solve value-based care/payment problems, such as our certified registry and consulting services for Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) reporting and submissions.

The New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) launched Healthcare Innovation Solutions, Inc. (HCIS), it's for-profit subsidiary, on July 1st, 2018 to help our clients find new and innovative ways to optimize healthcare delivery and lower costs, improve patient outcomes, and advance technology.

We have helped healthcare providers avoid close to $30 million in penalties and earn more than $70 million in incentives. Learn more about our MIPS solutions here

Our Branding

During the creation of this brand, we wanted to craft an identity that accurately represented our core values and purpose.

After analyzing various forms of language and imagery, we became enamored with the use of Morse code and created a logo mark that spells out the word care.

We chose our color palette carefully too. The dominant use of orange is meant to communicate our high levels of both energy and creativity.

Our use of pink and purple represents the fact that we feel great compassion for the challenges of our clients and their patients.
